Calling all beer lovers! If you enjoy good food and great beers, then you absolutely must check out Trading Post Brewery’s Fort Langley taphouse and eatery. As one of Fort Langley’s most recent additions, the Trading Post Brewery Taphouse & Eatery has something for everyone.
4. Republica Coffee Roasters
Republica Coffee Roasters has been supplying the Greater Vancouver area with some of the best fair trade organic coffee since 2007. Not only do they roast all of their coffee beans in-house, they go the extra mile to ensure that all of their bags are biodegradable. A great source of coffee that you can feel good about when purchasing.
5. Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe
As the name would suggest, Wendel’s Bookstore and Cafe doubles as both a bookstore and specialty cafe. In addition to having a quality selection of both fiction and nonfiction books, Wendel’s is a cozy, casual cafe and espresso bar serving up delicious drinks, soup, sandwiches and desserts. For something really tasty, try their breakfast menu served up until 11:30am on weekdays and 12:30pm on weekends.
6. Fort to Fort Trail
The Fort to Fort Trail begins at the Fort Langley National Historic Site and eventually makes its way to Derby Beach Regional Park. On a beautiful sunny day, this trail provides the perfect getaway for walking, jogging or biking with the family. Be sure to treat yourself to an ice cream cone when you arrive back in Fort Langley!
7. Cranberry Festival
This entertainment-packed event takes place each year in Fort Langley on Thanksgiving Saturday. Celebrating everything about the cranberry and its unique history in Fort Langley, this event is full of incredible activities, vendors, food and entertainment.
8. Village Antiques Mall
The Vintage Antiques Mall carries a large variety of vintage, retro and antique items from many different vendors. These items include furniture, appliances, jewelry, plate ware, toys and much more! With plenty of hidden gems to be discovered, you never know what you may find!
